Conditions:
Additional personal in apartment Euro 100 for week for each additional person (max. 2 persons).

In the weekly price are included: rent, a car space in garage, TV, Wi-fi, hot and cold water consumption, electricity, gas, final cleanings (cooking area due to the client), bike parking.

Prices do not include the tourist tax € 1,00/nigt for person >14 years (max 10 nights).

Cost for final cleaning €70- €90.

In the seasonal price the expenses are excluded.

In the apartment: dishes, pots, blankets, pillows.

Animals are not allowed.

A caution money (30% of the total amount) is requested for booking.

The payment will have to be done at the arrival.
Rent payment - apartment's caution of 200 Euro obligatory (it will be returned, at the end of the staying after the keys delivery and after controlling the apartment except the refunding of any damage).

Bed linen and towels (if required) € 20 for change for person.

Apartment delivering from 15.00 to 20.00 e end from 8 to 9.30 of every Saturday.

The apartments can not be occupied by a number of persons exceeding the limits above-written, children included.

CAUTION: In our valley there is the obligation to respect the rules for separate waste collection. Guests must respect those rules otherwise a fee will be charged.
